Returns
We at Ultimate Beauty Health, are confident that you will like our product(s). However, if not satisfied within 30 days, simply return the unused portion in the original container, with receipt or proof of purchase enclosed. Send to: 217 Cedar Street #231 Sandpoint, ID 83864. We will credit your purchase accordingly. (Note: Does not include your shipping costs to return the item.)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are not able to offer you a refund or future exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or wish to exchange for a new product offered, please submit this request to: [email protected] Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
